    Collaba: Technical support

    Collaba includes complete user and administration documentation, which should help you do or solve almost anything. But if you ever get stuck and need help, we include technical support with most licenses.

    Software upgrades

    All Collaba software patches and minor upgrades are provided free of charge to all customers. Customers with a Premium Support package (included with Collaba Open Server) also receive all major upgrades free of charge.

    Server upgrades are usually incremental, which means you do not have to apply each and every new version; you can keep a version you like, work with it for some time, and then upgrade directly to a later version when you are ready.

    Unlimited technical support

    Collaba Open Server customers get free unlimited technical support by e-mail for one technical contact per customer.

    Per-incident technical support

    Bronze, Silver and Gold customers get technical support through a ticket system. When you purchase Collaba, you get a list of support ticket numbers (quantity determined by license size). When you request technical support by e-mail, you include an unused ticket number, which allows us to fulfill your request.

    On-site technical support

    Some of our partners and resellers provide local on-site technical support for Collaba.
